Private lessons are at times to suit you. We offer week-day morning, afternoon and early evening appointments, with availability on Saturday mornings.
Course of 6-sessions are offered which allows the foundations of Pilates to be established. Sessions idealy should be taken weekly, but they must not be spaced out too far as there will be no tangible benefit to you.
All exercises will be based on your goals and aspirations and in conjunction with the results of the postural and lifestyle assessment.
Make that commitment of one hour a week to work both your body and mind. After your one hour session you will feel revitilised and refreshed, knowing that the routine has stretched you physically, yet soothed the mind.
