These long-established classes have gone from strength to strength with many returning clients on each course. There are two classes at each venue. Class sizes are limited to just 12 per class to ensure you all receive individual attention throughout the class.
Each course is themed differently. We use small equipment (sometimes called 'Pilates Props') and include: exercise bands and clips, small balls, large balls, gliders, Pilates Poles, small weights and Pilates Circle.
Perfect for you if you are generally in good health without any injures or existing illnesses. Learn the basics with a progressive programme with challenges when you are ready. If you have tried Pilates before and need an extra challenge - this progressive course provides all you need for your core and more!

Pilates Exercise Band
This simple yet terribly effective piece of kit should be a must for everyone who wants to tone and sculpt their body. This course concentrates on the upper body as well as the core.
Bands supplied but can be purchased in class for home use.
