We do more than just Pilates…
We have over 30 years teaching experience, so we have learnt a thing or two…
We know that ‘one size doesn’t fit all’, and more often than not, other techniques are as good (of not better) than Pilates.
Within the course we work Balance, Core, Posture and also work your muscle tone, reduce your stress levels, so you have fewer symptoms.
This also means we can use Pilates to help reduce stress and pain, and get more movement. It might also mean that we use one of the following to make sure you have less pain, more movement and less stress:

- Sleep Techniques
- Professional Relaxation
- Muscle Release Techniques
On the surface these may seem random and definitely NOT Pilates, that’s why we have Pilates Plus… The Plus is that you are helped, not just with Pilates.
We are best at helping people who have pain and stress. Evidence shows that when either one is reduced, the other one reduces also – a win-win situation.
In short, this is a mixture of Pilates and other therapies to help you manage your symptoms.
