Cath started her Pilates and breast cancer training in Oxford in 2008.  It was with inaugural course delivered by any provider – not just in Pilates.  The course fascinating, and as theses things happen, we welcomed my first post-rehab lady into my studio not long after.  I furthered the depth and understanding of the effect of the disease on the body by attending the (again inaugural) full certification of the Pink Ribbon Programme.  Experience Pilates was the first in the north west of England to qualify with this prestigious certificate.
