The FloorTower is a hybrid of the springboard and the Pilates tower. I can be used for mat work, spring/resistance work, and is also excellent at standing work, including using the bar to shape your booty!
It is the FloorTower we use when we teach our Duet sessions – a great workout all round.
We also use the FloorTower in the Barre Pilates sessions as it push-through bar can be anchored to the perfect height for you!
