We all have a pelvic floor, and often it is weaker than it should be, so it doesn't support us as it should.
A weak pelvic floor affects men and women all over the world, affects the young, old, fit and unfit.
Everyone is susceptible, but we can help.
Our Zoomin' in on our Pelvic Floor online workshop for women helps to strengthen the pelvic floor, improve core strength and support the lower back and internal organs.
We are thrilled to bring you our exclusive online workshop which combines specific pelvic floor exercises and Pilates to help strengthen both your core, floor, and more.
Why you need this course
Have you noticed any changes in your Pelvic floor function? Have you found that it is not working like it used to?
Coughing, sneezing and not able to stop little leaks? Or do you find you HAVE to go to the toilet RIGHT NOW, or else?
This can happen for many reasons:

- Pelvic /Sacral injury

Research suggests that back pain and general feelings of well-being can be linked to a poor pelvic floor.

It is important to note that not all of us with pelvic floor issues need to work on a strengthening programme as sometimes the lack of good function can be due to over tight or imbalanced muscles.
