I do, on a daily basis...

You may not know this about me, but I was born with congenital hip dysplasia (a condition where my thigh bone and hip socket don't join very well).

Back in the day, I didn't have any special treatment (not like today where a cast is used to help reset the hips), which leaves me with continuous hip and lower back pain.  There are other things as well, but these are the two main problems I have.

I do go to a physiotherapist (Adam Gray at Total Physiotherapy, Longridge) about once a month, and I do my Pilates (of course!), but I've put together a guide of the top 5 helpers that I do on a daily basis to keep my pain and discomfort more manageable.

It's not the holy grail, but it does help, and without it I would be lost!
