    • Just book for sessions you can attend.  We require 24 Horus notice to cancel your class.
  • Offering weekly small group apparatus classes - we call them SASSY

(Studio Apparatus: Strength Stretch & You),

  • Giving a whole-body workout on the Pilates Apparatus.
  • Maximum of 5 people per class.
