Back to Basics:  There often seems so much to remember in pilates: Alignment, Breathing, Concentration, Centering, Flow and Precision.  These are Principles that have developed over time but still apply today.

Get the move right with these moves and you won't go too far wrong.

My specialist training (and development of specific Scoliosis workshops of Pilates teachers) means that I can adapt Pilates moves to back conditions.

We use Pilates moves to help with:

  • spondylolithesis,
  • retrolithesis,
  • stenosis,
  • arthritic condition,
  • ankylosing spondylitis,
  • osteoporosis
  • sacralization
  • Scheuermann's Disease
  • amongst others

In essence, if you have a 'bad back' we can help alleviate your symptoms and get you moving again.

Apparatus based Spine Safe classes with just 4 participants also available (Monday 6.50pm and Friday 10.30am).
