In this workshop learn the different posture types and how using the Pilates method can help improve your posture and facilitate your ability to optimally function occupationally and recreationally.

Mid-section Melt Down

Introducing more challenging Pilates exercises and fitness moves to work the core or ‘powerhouse’ as Joseph Pilates called it.

Combine upper and lower body movements to further increase your core strength and overall fitness.

We will use a variety of small equipment and suspension training in this session.
